Terms of use

1. What myfr.ai is (and is not)

myfr.ai is an intermediation platform. Providers listed on the site are independent professionals, not employees or subcontractors of myfr.ai. The service contract for a job is formed directly between the customer and the provider; myfr.ai facilitates the connection, the quotes and the payment.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, harm other users, or attempt to bypass the platform.

3. Requests, quotes and bookings

Customers describe a need; verified providers reply with quotes stating a firm price. Accepting a quote and completing payment creates a booking. Fixed-price offers (packages, rental listings) can be booked directly at the listed price.

4. Payment and escrow

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a booking is made, the customer's payment is held and only released to the provider after the customer confirms completion, or automatically 72 hours after the job is marked complete without dispute.

myfr.ai charges the provider a commission on completed jobs. Using the platform to arrange a job and settling payment outside it to avoid commission is a breach of these terms.

5. Cancellations and disputes

If a job cannot take place, contact the other party promptly through the platform. If a customer disputes a completed job before funds are released, myfr.ai may suspend the release, reverse transfers where justified, and mediate in good faith. Card disputes are handled through Stripe's process.

6. Provider obligations

Providers must be legally entitled to offer their services in France, hold any required licences and insurance, quote honestly, and perform accepted jobs professionally. Providers are solely responsible for their tax and social obligations.

7. Liability

myfr.ai is liable for operating the platform with reasonable care, but not for the performance, quality or safety of services provided by independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including French consumer protection rules where they apply.

8. Reviews and content

Content you submit (requests, messages, photos, reviews) must be lawful and accurate. You grant myfr.ai a licence to display it on the platform. We may remove content that is unlawful or misleading.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including France). Contact: hello@myfr.ai.
